Time Lapse!
I’ve been intrigued with Time Lapse since I saw some awesome scenes on the show Survivorman. Here are a couple of other examples from Vimeo. (Choose the link to watch the second in HD.) Perhaps I’ll try this myself sometime…

I love time lapse too, tho it seems like it would be a lot of setup? I guess if you had the right equipment it wouldn’t be too bad, actually. I noticed the first video is marked as private? Is that one you made?

Oops, the video link broke! I’ve fixed it now. No, it wasn’t my movie, but it’s a pretty cool music video. Not a bad song either!
There’s a program for the Mac called iStopMotion that can make Time Lapse videos using a tethered camera. The downside is that you have to set up your computer and camera and leave them running for a long time, so external power is probably required. Some video cameras also support taking photos or video at set intervals automatically. My current video camera takes time lapse videos, but I haven’t messed with it too much. I’ve been thinking of upgrading to an HD camcorder though, and I’m no sure how widely they support those features…
